Thank you so much for your advice about ESA Appeals.
I didn`t join Benefits and Work until after my Atos interview, but I could hardly believe how badly they treated me, twisting my words and leaving out bits to paint a very different reality.
I felt abused and badly let down. So I joined and followed your advice. A friend helped me write a long answering letter, point for point.
I admit when they completely ignored everything we had said.I nearly gave up.
Instead I went to my GP who wrote me a supporting letter and then we went to the Citizens Advice Bureau, who wrote a really good letter for us that the Judge in the Appeal took great notice of.
So thanks to you we won,
